Dr Ahmed Khallouf is an Australian born and trained practitioner having completed his Internship and Residency training at St George and Sutherland Hospitals. He began his career as a Physiotherapist, graduating from the University of Sydney. For the next 10 years, Dr Khallouf specialised in the field of Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy providing care to the local community in Greater Sydney. He then went on to complete a Graduate Medical degree, pursuing GP registrar training in Mid-North Coast and Hunter New England regional areas before completing Fellowship of RACGP.

Doctor Khallouf values and strives to become familiar with every facet of a patients personal and social needs. He places as much emphasis on the whole patient and recognises that disease and health are equally the result of lifestyle as well as pathophysiology. As a result, Doctor Khallouf deals with much chronic disease management as well as preventative medicine.

Complementing his background and training in musculoskeletal medicine Doctor Khallouf has undertaken further training in biomechanics of spine (back) and sports injuries and is skilled in techniques such as Prolotherapy injections and perineural therapy to treat difficult and challenging chronic pain syndromes.

In 2018 Doctor Khallouf completed a Diploma in Child Health from University of Sydney and Westmead Children’s Hospital.
