Katie graduated from The Australian National University with an MChD in 2017. She completed her junior medical training at Canberra and Bega Hospitals before gaining further training in paediatrics, obstetrics and gynaecology and sexual health across various Sydney and rural hospitals before commencing GP training in 2023.

She is currently studying a master’s degree in Public Health and Tropical Medicine through James Cook University and has completed the Sydney Child Health Program and Certificate in Women’s Health. She has a strong interest in preventative health, women’s health, LGBTQI health, sexual health and paediatrics. She is qualified in Implanon insertions and removals, and is completing training in IUD (Mirena, Kyleena and Copper) insertions and removals.
