Outside of normal opening hours, Vitalis Medical Family Practice refers to National Home Doctor Service for GP Home Visits. National Home Doctor Service has a team of GPs who conduct in-home consultations. Please let the visiting after-hours GP know who your regular doctor is, so that they are sent a letter with a record of the consultation.
